Position	Key Qualifications & Requirements
Manager Security	Retired Colonel / Lt Colonel or equivalent officers from Army & CAF with command & staff experience in operational areas. Completed prescribed colour service of the respective rank: Colonel – 27 years; Lt Colonel – 25 years. Officers with premature or compulsory retirement, or those retired on misconduct (with or without fault), are ineligible to apply. Military qualifications such as AFWC, PSC, ISC, LSC will be given preference (in that order).
