Corrigendum: Framework Agreement Tender for Procurement and Supply of Medicines — Samples Clause Removed

The Commissioner, BESSI has issued a corrigendum to the procurement for execution of a framework agreement for the procurement and supply of medicines (Reference: Advertisement in Daily Jang Quetta dated 17 July 2026, PRQ No. 211/16-07-2026; B-PPRA TSE No. 2627071124951).

Under the corrigendum (PRQ No. 379/24-7-2026) the clause requiring bidders to submit samples at the time of bid submission or during initial eligibility/technical evaluation has been deleted. This change is made in compliance with Rule 37 of the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014, and B-PPRA directions dated 21 July 2026. All other terms and conditions of the bidding documents remain unchanged.
