Issuer: Punjab Education Foundation (PEF). Purpose: Invitation to bid for hiring event management firms for Fiscal Year 2026-27 under ITB No. PEF/PROC/ADMIN/2026-27/01. Procurement method: Single Stage – Two Envelope Bidding Procedure.
Sealed bids are invited on a frame/work contract basis for supply of event management services across Punjab. Detailed specifications, eligibility criteria and bidding documents will be available for purchase from PEF after publication of the notice. Submission and opening: Sealed bids must be delivered to the Director (Procurement), Punjab Education Foundation, 52-L, Gulberg—II, near Kalma Chowk, Lahore. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the PEF office at 02:30 PM on the bid opening date (as specified in the bidding document).
Security & compliance: Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated price for each lot is required as specified. Applicable taxes and deductions will be made as per government rules.
