Agro Food Processing (AFP) Facilities, Multan invites applications for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The CEO will lead the Company established under Section 42 of the Companies Act 2017, drive strategic and operational planning, manage financial and commercial performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee food processing / grading operations.

| Essential Qualifications | Master’s degree in a Food Science discipline (Food Technology, Food & Nutrition, Food Engineering) or Biochemistry, OR Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from an HEC-recognized university. Candidates with qualifications in both Food Sciences and Business Administration are advantageous. |
| Experience | At least 15 years’ overall experience including a minimum of 10 years at CEO or senior management level in similar commercial organizations, meeting the fit & proper criteria under Public Sector Companies (Appointment of Chief Executive) Guidelines 2015. |
| Age Limit | Maximum age 60 years at the time of appointment |
| Key Responsibilities (summary) | Implement company vision & mission; develop short-, medium- and long-term strategies; set targets and business plans; assess risk; prepare budgets; oversee finance, procurement, HR, operations, quality, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder relations; ensure corporate social responsibility and optimal utilization of processing/grading capacity. |
