Auction Notice — Operation of Parking Facilities at Lahore Parks (2-Year) — Parks & Horticulture Agency

Issuer: Parks & Horticulture Agency (Horticulture Agency), Lahore. The Agency invites interested parties (individuals, sole proprietors, firms, AOPs, companies, joint ventures) with an active NTN (active filers) to bid for the operation of parking facilities and collection rights for a period of two (02) years (non-extendable).

Eligibility & Submission: Interested bidders must obtain tender/bidding documents from the office of the Director Coordination, Jillani Park, Jail Road, Lahore against a non-refundable fee of PKR 10,000. Bids should be submitted on a single-stage, single-envelope basis. All applicable taxes (PRA, withholding, advance, income, etc.) will be applied to the successful bidder/lessee. Bid security must be submitted in the shape of a pay order / demand draft in favor of "Parks & Horticulture Authority, Jillani Park, Jail Road, Lahore."
