Tender Notice — Procurement of Medical Supplies & Services by District Health Officer, Upper Chitral

The District Health Officer (DHO), Upper Chitral invites online tenders through the E-Procurement system (E-PADS) from well-reputed firms registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KP-PPRA) and registered on the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement (E-PADS) portal for procurement of goods and services for the fiscal year 2026-27.

Key submission details:

- Bids must be submitted online through the E-PADS portal before 11:00 a.m. on the closing date. Bids will be opened at 11:30 a.m. on the same day in the presence of the Purchase Committee and authorized representatives of participating firms.

Important terms & conditions (summary):

- Bidding documents prepared in accordance with applicable procurement rules are available on the E-PADS portal. Only registered firms on E-PADS may submit bids.

- A bid security (earnest money) in the form of an original Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equal to 2% of the estimated cost must accompany bids and be submitted to the District Health Officer, Upper Chitral as prescribed.

- The supplier shall supply items within 30 days and imported items within 90 days; liquidated damages and other penalties apply as per procurement rules.

- Evaluation will be conducted in accordance with rules; the procuring entity reserves the right to reject any/all bids with valid justification per KP-PPRA Rules, 2014.

- Procurement method: Single Stage, One Envelope (unless otherwise stated in E-PADS documents).
