PRMSC Tender Notice — Civil Works Packages under PRSWSSP (Bids due 2016-08-04)

Punjab Rural Municipal Services Company (PRMSC) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for multiple civil works packages under the Punjab Rural Small Water Supply & Sanitation Project (PRSWSSP). Procurement will be conducted through national competitive procedures using Request for Bids (RFB) in accordance with the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (July 2016, revised Nov 2017 & Aug 2018).

- Pre-bid meeting: July 16, 2016 at 13:00 hrs at the Conference Room, PRMSC, 5th Floor, KD Plaza, MM Alam Road, Lahore. Bidders may attend in person or via the provided Zoom link.

- Bid submission deadline: August 04, 2016 at 15:00 hrs. Late bids will not be accepted.

- Bid opening: August 04, 2016 at 15:30 hrs at the address below; bidders' representatives may attend.

- Bidding documents: Available for inspection at the PRMSC office (Monday–Friday) and may be downloaded from PRMSC website. A non-refundable fee applies when obtaining documents from the PRMSC office.

- Bid security: Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security as mentioned in the bidding document. Bid security must be in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in the name of "Punjab Rural Municipal Services Company."

- Electronic bidding is not permitted. Bidders must deliver physical bids to the address below by the deadline.
