Higher Education Commission (HEC), Islamabad invites online applications for PSDP-funded project positions under the "Prime Minister's Scheme for Enabling Youth with Physical Challenges at HEIs through Electric Wheelchairs, Laptops for Visually Impaired, Audio-Visual Aids — HEC" on a contract basis.

How to apply: Apply online only via HEC Careers portal at https://careers.hec.gov.pk. No hard copies are required. Application processing fee of Rs. 1,000/- may be deposited via 1Link services using a Mobile Banking App or Mobile Wallet via the careers portal.
Tests/Interview: Tests will be conducted at nearest possible locations (Islamabad/Rawalpindi, Karachi, Lahore, Quetta & Peshawar). Only shortlisted candidates will be called for tests/interviews. No TA/DA is admissible for appearing in tests/interviews.
Other important information: Applications are processed on the basis of online data provided by applicants. Those already in government service should apply through proper channel. Five (05) years general age relaxation is already included; further age relaxation will be given as per Government rules. Selected candidates can be posted anywhere in Pakistan. HEC reserves the right to reject any/all applications or increase/decrease vacancies.
