Auction of Lease Rights for Sky View Food Promenade, Islamabad International Airport (26 Aug 2026)

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites sealed/open auction participation for lease rights to establish and operate outlets at the Sky View Food Promenade, Islamabad International Airport. Auction Date: 2026-08-26 at 11:00 AM. Venue: Red Building, Block-III Conference Room, Islamabad International Airport.

Key Terms & Conditions (summary):

1. Lease period: 30 years, extendable for a further 20 years subject to mutual consent and PAA Land Lease Policy 2019.

2. Eligibility: Only valid master franchises and sub-franchises with international brand presence may bid for Plots B-116-A, B, C & E. Only Pakistani food brands are eligible for Plot B-116-D.

3. Auction participation requirements: Each participant must bring two copies of CNIC and submit them along with a non-refundable auction participant fee of PKR 10,000 and the earnest money (in the form of a Pay Order in favor of Pakistan Airports Authority) to the Auction Committee at the venue before the start of the auction.

4. Earnest money of unsuccessful bidders will be refunded within 15 days of confirmation of the bid.

5. Defaulting or blacklisted companies are not eligible to participate.

6. The highest bid(s) will be submitted to the PAA Executive Committee for approval; PAA may accept, reject, or re-auction as per its discretion.
