RFP – Supply, Installation & Maintenance of Radiology Equipment for Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI)-II, Islamabad

Issuer: Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP). IDAP invites sealed proposals (RFP) for supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of radiology equipment (Package No. 03, Lot-J: Portable Ultrasound & Echocardiography System) on DAP basis for establishment of Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI)-II at G-11/3, Islamabad.

Submission method: Proposals must be submitted online through the EPADS registration/system to be eligible. Technical and Financial Proposals must be prepared in accordance with the RFP instructions and submitted on EPADS by the closing date and time. If the closing date is a public holiday, the next working day will be considered for submission and opening.

Key dates: Last date for submission on EPADS is 2026-07-28 by 03:00 PM. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 03:30 PM. Any proposal received through any mode other than EPADS will not be considered.
