National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), Prime Minister's Office (HQ), Islamabad invites sealed/open auction bids for disposal of various surplus IT and office stores. Inspection of lots: 17 July 2026 (Friday) at NDMA, Islamabad. Auction date & time: 20 July 2026 (Monday) at 1000 hrs at NDMA, Islamabad.
Key auction conditions:
- Earnest deposit: Rs. 10,000/- (refundable) required in the form of CDR or cash before participating.
- Successful bidder to deposit 25% of the bid amount as token money on the spot; balance to be paid as specified by NDMA (forfeiture applies if full payment is not made within the required period).
- All applicable taxes/duties shall be paid by the successful bidder.
- Bidders must be income tax filers and provide original CNIC, NTN (where applicable) and contact details.
- NDMA reserves the right to accept/reject any offer or cancel/postpone the auction without assigning any reason.
