Important dates & location: Site visit: 2026-07-17 at NDMA, Islamabad. Public auction: 2026-07-20 (Monday) at 10:00 hrs at NDMA Headquarters, Islamabad.
Participation requirements & payment: All participants must deposit Rs. 10,000 as token (refundable) in the form of CDR/Cash before participating. The successful bidder must deposit 25% of the bid amount on the spot (token money) and complete full payment by Bank Draft / Pay Order / Cash in favour of Government of Pakistan, Islamabad before removal of items. All duties/taxes shall be paid by the successful bidder and deposits/payments will be handled per NDMA directions.
Documentation & eligibility: Bidders must be registered filers of income tax, provide original CNIC and NTN/Income Tax certificate. NDMA will verify documents before handing over equipment.
Other terms: NDMA reserves the right to accept/reject any bid or cancel/postpone the auction without assigning a reason. All equipment will be released after verification and deduction of applicable dues as per rules.
