Auction Notice: THQ Hospital Burewala Parking Services (FY 2026-2027)

The Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Burewala invites eligible bidders, firms and contractors registered with the Income Tax Department for the auction of parking services at THQ Hospital Burewala for the financial year 2026-2027. Participation requires Category-A valid license and registration on the Punjab e-procurement platform.

How to participate:

- Register as a supplier on the Punjab e-procurement / EPDAS portal (https://punjab.eproc.gov.pk or https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/). Bidding documents are available on the portal.

- Bidding will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage – Two Envelope) in accordance with PPRA rules. After uploading bids on the portal, contractors may attend the Medical Superintendent's office on auction date. Original CDR must be submitted to the Medical Superintendent's office on the same day, at least one hour before bid opening; otherwise the bidder will be disqualified.

Payment and award conditions:

- Successful bidder must deposit 34% of the annual amount in advance within five days of the auction.

- Remaining amount payable in two installment payments: 33% on Dec-26 and 33% on Mar-27.

- Failure to pay as required will result in cancellation of the award and forfeiture of bid security. First and final prices should be quoted; no negotiations will be entertained.

- Submission of forged or fake documents (e.g., CDR/Pay Order/Demand Draft) will lead to disqualification, blacklisting and further action as per rules.

- Taxes will be deducted as per applicable government rules.
