Issuer: The Bank of Punjab (BOP). The Bank invites applications for the role of Segment Head – Digital Fraud Risk Management within the Compliance & Control Group to lead digital fraud risk strategy, monitoring, controls and awareness across the bank’s digital channels.

Key Responsibilities	Develop, implement and review the Bank’s Digital Fraud Risk Management policies and procedures. Oversee continuous monitoring of digital transactional activities and implement SOPs for timely escalation and mitigation of fraud risks. Provide strategic oversight of Fraud Risk Management systems/solutions and monitor emerging fraud threats, trends and vulnerabilities across digital channels. Lead digital fraud risk assessments for new and existing products and services; design remediation and controls. Drive customer fraud awareness, education and digital security initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders. Establish and maintain Quality Assurance frameworks, standards, scorecards and performance metrics.
Eligibility & Qualifications	Minimum bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university or equivalent. International certification in financial crime compliance or Fraud Risk Management is preferred. Maximum age: 55 years (as per advert). Minimum 12 years of banking experience with at least 5 years in fraud risk management, operational risk, financial crime compliance, internal controls or related functions with leadership exposure.
