Issuer: Prime Minister's Office, National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), Islamabad. NDMA invites sealed/onsite bids for auction of various surplus IT, electronic and office stores. Inspection is allowed prior to auction and bidding will be held at NDMA Headquarters.

Auction schedule and key conditions:
- Inspection / bidder visit: 2026-07-17 (Friday) at NDMA, Islamabad.
- Auction date & time: 2026-07-20 (Monday) at 10:00 AM at NDMA Headquarters, Islamabad.
- Participation deposit: Rs. 10,000 (refundable) in shape of CDR or cash to be submitted before participating.
- Successful bidder on the spot must deposit 25% of the bid amount as token money in cash; full payment to be made by Bank Draft/Pay Order in favour of Government of Pakistan, Islamabad, on completion of auction.
- All duties, taxes and any applicable charges are the responsibility of the successful bidder.
- Bidders must be Income Tax filers and present original CNIC; provide complete address, telephone number and NTN with a copy of CNIC.
- NDMA reserves the right to accept/reject any offer or cancel/postpone the auction without assigning any reason.
