Tender Notice — Local Government, Kachhi: Street Lighting and Paving Works (July 2026)

Assistant Director Local Government, Kachhi invites sealed/electronic bids from eligible bidders for execution of the following civil works under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014. Tender fee: PKR 2,000. Bid security: 3% of the estimated cost for each work.

Eligibility & requirements: Bidders must be on the active Tax Payers List and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency. Bidders must meet the stated experience/financial capacity requirements and provide proof of past similar work as specified in the bidding documents. All bidders must submit original CNIC, power of attorney (if applicable), and required affidavits and financial documents as per the tender dossier.

Bid security: 3% of the quoted amount in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank in favour of the undersigned.

Tender documents and submission: Tender documents and the bidding process are available electronically via the e-procurement platform (BPPRA/EPPS). Issuance and submission of bids are electronic; hard copies will not be accepted. For issuance details and online submission refer to the Balochistan procurement portal.

Important dates and opening: Last date and time for electronic submission of bids: 2026-07-27 by 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM on the EPPS (e-procurement) system.
