FESCO Tender: Supply of 25 kVA, 100 kVA and 200 kVA Distribution Transformers

Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites e-bids under FESCO local funds through Single Stage - One Envelope Bidding Procedure from WAPDA/PPMC/DISCOs approved manufacturers/suppliers registered in Category M-1 for supply of Distribution Transformers. Bidders must meet WAPDA/PPMC drawings/specifications (amended to date), have valid prototype, be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and be on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Prices must be quoted in local currency, inclusive of all taxes/duties but exclusive of General Sales Tax.

- Bidding documents containing detailed specifications, terms and conditions are available on the ePADS portal and FESCO website.

- Electronic bids must be submitted through ePADS on or before 2026-07-28 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the office of the Director (Material Management), FESCO.

- Original Bid Security instrument must be submitted in the office of the undersigned before online submission deadline. Bidders not complying may be disqualified.
