Experience preparing procurement plans, RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, bidding documents, evaluation reports and contract agreements; ability to lead procurement committees and manage procurement cycles for goods, works, consulting and non-consulting services. Strong analytical, report-writing, communication and leadership skills; proficiency in MS Office and e-procurement systems.
