Annual Rate Contract Notice — Supply & Services for Cultural Events (Quetta, Balochistan)

Directorate of Culture & Tourism, Government of Balochistan issues an Annual Rate of Contracting (Procurement) notice for supply of event, audiovisual, catering and publicity items and services for cultural programs. Procurement will be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules — 2014. Tender documents (NIT & Annual Rate of Contracting Documents) can be obtained from the office of the undersigned or downloaded from the BPPRA website.

Eligibility & Qualification Requirements (summary as published):

• Assignments of similar nature and complexity.
• Minimum financial capacity / turnover (50 Million PKR indicated).
• Active taxpayer status (must be on Active Tax Payers List).
• Valid Sales Tax registration / certificate.
• Firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan.
• Quality management and occupational health & safety management systems where applicable.

Procurement procedure, document access & submission:

Procurement shall follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules — 2014. Tender documents including NIT and Annual Rate of Contracting Documents are available from the office of the undersigned and can also be downloaded from the BPPRA website. Prospective bidders must submit documents in accordance with the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure (as per published notice).
