| Qualification | Master's degree / Bachelor's degree (equivalent to 16 years of education) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university. |
| Experience | At least 15 years of relevant post-qualification experience. Required experience includes managing teams and large-scale IT programmes/projects of strategic significance; leading enterprise-wide IT automation and digital transformation initiatives; managing relationships with external technology partners, vendors and service providers; and proven expertise in project and programme management to ensure timely delivery of complex IT initiatives. |
| Age Limit | Maximum age not to exceed 50 years as on the closing date for submission of applications. |
| Appointment Terms | Initial contractual appointment for a term of three (3) years, extendable based on organizational need and performance. Regularization may be considered after completion of three years subject to fulfilment of criteria. |
| Inclusivity | Applications are encouraged from female candidates, minorities, persons with disabilities and candidates from Balochistan, erstwhile FATA districts, Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Jammu & Kashmir. |
