Tender Notice — EPADs: AM&R Pumping Machinery and AM&R Civil Works (PHE Division Mardan) FY 2026-27

Office of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division Mardan invites bids through the EPADS (single-stage, two-envelope procedure) for Annual Maintenance & Repair (AM&R) pumping machinery packages and AM&R civil works for the financial year 2026-27. Eligible and registered bidders must be active on EPADS and registered with relevant authorities (KPRA, FBR, Pakistan Engineering Council if applicable) as required by the bid documents.

Important instructions: Bid documents (BSD / BOQ) are available for download from EPADS and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa PPRA website. Technical and financial bids must be uploaded on EPADS. Bid security of 2% (and additional security if required) shall be provided in the shape of a call deposit (original) before opening of the financial bid.
