Office of the Director, Pir Abdul Qadir Shah Jeelani Institute of Medical Sciences Gambat invites e-bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) from manufacturers or their authorized agents/distributors for the procurement of equipment under SPP Rules 2010 (Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure).
Submission method: Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS only; manual bids will not be accepted. Bidders must register on the EPADS supplier portal prior to submission: https://sindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration. Tender documents and detailed terms and conditions can be downloaded from: https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/.
Tender fee and bid security: Original instrument of tender fee Rs. 3,000 (non-refundable) in the form of Call Deposit and bid security equal to 1% of the total bid value (in the form of Call Deposit, Bank Draft or Bank Guarantee) must reach the procuring agency before the bid submission deadline.
Deadline & opening: Electronic bids must be submitted on EPADS by 2026-07-23 at 12:30 PM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM in Green Hall, Pir Abdul Qadir Shah Jeelani Institute of Medical Sciences Gambat.
