PIDCL Tender: Multiple Road, Paver and Rehabilitation Works in NA-234 (Korangi), Karachi

Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (PIDCL) invites bids for multiple civil works packages including provision and laying of C.C. paver flooring, metalled road construction/rehabilitation, sewerage works and solar system installations in NA-234 (Korangi-II), Karachi.

How to obtain bidding documents: Download from https://eprocure.gov.pk. Non-refundable fee: Rs. 5,000 payable to Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited in the shape of Pay Order / CDR (mentioning the Contractor's firm name).

Bid security and submission: Bid security must be provided as Pay Order / CDR / Bank Guarantee in favour of Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (mentioning Contractor's firm name). Scanned copies of bid security and tender fee must be uploaded on EPADS 2.0. Original Pay Order / CDR / Bank Guarantee and original tender fee must be delivered to the employer's address before the bid submission deadline; late delivery will render the bid non-responsive. Bids not accompanied by the required instrument(s) will be rejected.

Submission and opening: Electronic submission only via E-PADS 2.0 (eprocure.gov.pk). Original signed bid security and tender fee must also be delivered to the Office of The General Manager (Engineering), Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (PIDCL), Bahria Complex IV, 6th Floor, Ext. Block Gizri, Karachi before bid submission time. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives in the Office of The General Manager (Engineering), PIDCL.

Important conditions: In case of bogus/fake Pay Order / CDR / Bank Guarantee the bidder shall be liable to be blacklisted. Successful bidders will be required to furnish Performance Security and sign the Contract Agreement as per tender documents. Prospective bidders must submit bids electronically; no alternative submission method will be accepted.
