Public Private Partnership Support Facility (PSF) invites sealed Technical and Financial Proposals from reputed/recognized Chartered Accountancy (CA) firms to act as Internal Auditor for the period 1 January 2026 to 30 June 2028. The assignment covers internal audit services at the PSF registered office in Karachi and will be awarded under a single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure.
Key eligibility and requirements:
- Firm must be compliant with the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC) Guidelines on Code of Ethics, as applicable in Pakistan.
- Firm must hold active ICAP registration, a satisfactory QCR status, and formal registration with the Audit Oversight Board (AOB).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in conducting internal audits and sufficient resources to perform the scope of work at PSF's Karachi office.
- Firms that have rendered professional audit services to PSF in the past five years or are engaged at present are ineligible.
