| Minimum Qualifications | Postgraduate degree in Physiotherapy / Occupational Therapy / Prosthetics & Orthotics from HEC-recognized university; OR FCPS/FRCS/MD in Orthopaedics & Spine Surgery / Physiatry; or equivalent PM&DC level-II clinical medical qualification. |
| Experience | For Rehab disciplines: Minimum 12 years' experience equivalent to BPS-17 and above, including at least 5 years managing a reputed physical rehabilitation or sector organisation. For Orthopaedics & Spine surgeons: Minimum 12 years (including service as Associate Professor or below), with at least 5 years in senior management of a comprehensive physical rehabilitation organisation handling spinal cord injury and other physical disabilities; preferably public sector experience. |
| Research Publications | At least 2 research publications in HEC-recognized journals in the relevant specialty/field, with at least 1 as principal author. |
| Maximum Age | 56 years on the last date for receipt of applications |
| Tenure | Contract for up to 4 years or until attainment of 60 years of age, whichever is earlier. Appointment governed by Paraplegic Centre (Terms & Conditions) Rules, 2026. |
| Remuneration | Pay package commensurate with experience as determined by Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. |
