How to obtain bidding documents: Download from https://eprocure.gov.pk by paying a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000 payable to Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited in shape of Pay Order / CDR (mentioning name of the Contractor’s Firm).
Bid security: Must be provided in the shape of Pay Order / CDR / Bank Guarantee in favor of Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited. Original Pay Order / CDR / Bank Guarantee for bid security and tender fee in the shape of pay order shall be delivered to the employer’s address before the deadline. Scanned copy of bid security and tender fee shall be uploaded on E-PADS 2.0.
Submission method: Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-PADS 2.0 system. Original sealed envelopes containing the tender fee, bid security and E-Stamp Paper (if required) must be delivered to the Office of the General Manager (Engineering), PIDCL, Bahria Complex IV, 6th Floor, Ext. Block Gizri, Karachi before bid submission time.
