Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (PIDCL), Ministry of Housing & Works, Government of Pakistan invites sealed bids through the E-PADS (electronic procurement) system for multiple PSDP-funded civil and medical equipment works in Karachi. Eligible firms with valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and relevant tax authorities may submit bids as per the tender documents.

Key submission details:
- Bidding documents are available online via the E-PADS portal. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 5,000 (Pay Order / Call Deposit) payable to PIDCL is required; a scanned copy of the tender fee and bid security must be uploaded with the electronic submission.
- Bids must be submitted electronically through the E-PADS 2.0 system. Original bid securities (in approved form) and other required original documents must be delivered to the PIDCL office address given in the tender documents prior to the bid submission deadline.
