The University of Veterinary & Animal Sciences (UVAS), Lahore invites Expressions of Interest for the marketing and distribution of the UVAS FMD vaccine (UVAC-FMD) on a framework contract basis. Bids must be submitted in Pakistani Rupees under a single-stage, two-envelope (technical and financial) sealed bidding procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules-2014 (amended).
Eligible firms registered for income tax, Punjab sales tax on services (PRA), GST and professional tax must deliver sealed bids by 2026-08-10 at 11:00 a.m. with a refundable bid security of Rs. 500,000 in the form of a CDR in favor of Treasurer, UVAS, Lahore. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 a.m. in the Treasurer Office Meeting Room No.116, Administration Block, 1st Floor, UVAS. Terms of Reference are available on the University and PPRA websites.
