Issuer: Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (PIDCL), Ministry of Housing & Works, Government of Pakistan. PIDCL invites bids through the E-PADS 2.0 (single stage, two-envelope procedure) for multiple PSDP schemes in NA-242, Karachi.
Eligibility & Documents: Firms must have valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category and specialization, and be registered with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB). Bidders must submit bids online via the E-PADS portal (https://eprocure.gov.pk). A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 5,000 payable to PIDCL by Pay Order / Call Deposit is required (scanned copy to be uploaded). Scanned copies of the bid security must also be uploaded. Original / hard copy instruments as required by the bidding documents must be submitted as directed in the tender documents.
