| MIS Reporting Analyst / Officer (OG-I/OG-II) | Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Proficiency with SQL, Excel, Power BI or Tableau. | Minimum 03 years' experience in MIS reporting, dashboard design and data reporting. | Develop and maintain MIS reports and dashboards; analyze business information; liaise with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting; support automation of MIS processes. |
| Project Support Officers (OG-II) | Bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognised university. Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage. | Minimum 02 years' experience in project management support (project coordination, monitoring & reporting). | Provide project administration support, track project milestones and deliverables, prepare status reports, coordinate meetings and documentation, and support project managers in implementation and reporting. |
| Training Officer (OG-UG/OG-II) | Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, HR or related field. Relevant training certifications (e.g., CIPD, ATD) preferred. | Minimum 2–3 years' relevant experience in training delivery, needs analysis and training program development. | Design and deliver training programs, conduct training needs analysis, prepare training materials, manage training logistics and evaluate training effectiveness. |
