HAZECO Invitation for E-Bids – Disposal of 66 kV Havelian–Abbottabad Transmission Line (Re-Tender)

Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) invites e-bids through the E-PADS (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) portal on National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis from Tax-Registered companies/firms/bidders for the disposal of a redundant 66 kV transmission line from Havelian to Abbottabad under the jurisdiction of SS&T Division Abbottabad. Bidders must register and upload mandatory information on the E-PADS portal (http://www.epads.gov.pk).

Eligibility & key conditions

- Open to tax-registered companies/firms as detailed in the bidding documents.

- Bids must be submitted online via E-PADS and a scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded. The original bid security (in acceptable form) in a sealed envelope must reach the Manager (SCM) HAZECO HQ before the bid submission deadline, otherwise the bid will be considered non-responsive.

- Bids are invited on an "AS IS WHERE IS BASIS." Site visits/inspection can be made on working days between 09:00 AM and 04:00 PM.

- Bid validity: 90 days.

- Bids will be opened on E-PADS in the presence of bidders' authorized representatives. Bids must be for the full quantity; partial or GST-exclusive bids for less quantity will not be accepted.

- Disposal shall be governed under WAPDA Disposal Procedure and PPRA Disposal rules and regulations. HAZECO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
