Issuer: Islamabad College for Boys, G-6/3, Islamabad (Federal Directorate of Education, Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training).
Purpose: Invite Pre-Qualification Applications via the e-PAK Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) for firms to provide repair and maintenance services for official vehicles and college buses for the Financial Year 2026-27, in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
Eligibility: Reputed automobile workshops, authorised dealerships, original manufacturers, service providers and general order suppliers/firms duly registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments (where applicable), appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), and having established workshops/business premises in Islamabad/Rawalpindi.

How to Apply: Submit Pre-Qualification Applications electronically through EPADS.
Important Dates and Process:
- Application submission deadline: 2026-07-20 up to 11:00 AM (PST).
- Applications will be opened on 2026-07-20 at 11:30 AM (PST) in the office of the Principal, Islamabad College for Boys, G-6/3, Islamabad, in the presence of applicants or their authorised representatives.
- Original documents must be produced for verification at the time of opening.
Other Notes: Pre-Qualification documents including eligibility, evaluation criteria, scope of services and terms & conditions are available on EPADS and may be seen or obtained from the office of the Principal during office hours. Only firms appearing on the FBR ATL are eligible to participate. Bid security is not required at the pre-qualification stage. Qualified firms will be eligible to participate in subsequent bidding. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications as per Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
