The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Human Resource Management Department, has issued a notice to Mr. Sami Amir Bahadur Khan (Assistant, BPS-16), posted at the Civil Secretariat, Peshawar, for being absent from duty without leave since 07.04.2025. He was directed on 16.06.2026 to resume duty and submit reasons for his absence within fifteen days; failure to comply may result in disciplinary proceedings under the E&D Rules, 2011 (Rule 9), which could lead to dismissal.
