Issuer: Headquarters Directorate of Works & Chief Engineer (DW&CE), Pakistan Navy, Sector E-8, Naval Complex, Islamabad. Reference: Notice of Tender (Ref No. 6900/CK/CP & 1350/Liv/E-6).
