PIDCL Tender Notice: Road, Paver, Sewerage & Street-Light Works in North Nazimabad Town, Karachi — Bids Due 2026-07-31

Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (PIDCL) invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for multiple civil works packages in North Nazimabad Town, District Central, Karachi. Works include uplifting of a family park, providing and laying metalled roads, CC tuff pavers, sewerage pipelines, rehabilitation of roads and installation of street/solar lights.

How to apply: Bidding documents can be downloaded from the Government of Pakistan e-procurement portal (https://eprocure.gov.pk/). A non-refundable bid document fee of Rs. 5,000/- is payable to PIDCL by Pay Order / CDR (naming the Contractor’s Firm and in favor of Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited). Bid security in the form of Pay Order / CDR / Bank Guarantee (in favor of PIDCL) is required as specified per package. Bids must be submitted through the e-PADS 2.0 system; bidders should follow the e-PADS procedure and submit scanned copies where required.
