Issuer: National Vocational & Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, Government of Pakistan.
Purpose: NAVTTC invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible training partners and institutes to deliver free High-Tech IT training with international certifications under the Prime Minister’s Youth Skill Development Program (PMYSDP) Batch-III. The last date to apply has been extended.

Key eligibility and notes:
- No joint ventures (JVs) allowed.
- IT institutes and software houses are preferred.
- Provision of CCTV cameras with IP links is mandatory.
- Applications should indicate Principal / Vendor Partner (academies/institutes).
- Only NAVTTC-registered institutes will be entertained.
- Institutes that did not perform satisfactorily in international certifications (Batch II) will not be entertained.
