Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) invites sealed bids for the procurement of 132kV ZM Type towers & leg extensions under PMU-3/2026-27 (Ref: P61190). Procurement will follow Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
E-bids must be submitted via EPADS v2.0 by 2026-08-11 10:00 AM (bids opening 10:30 AM same day). The original bid security with a covering letter must be delivered to the Office of the Chief Engineer (Development), PMU PESCO, Peshawar before bid closing.
