C&W Division No-I Swat (Saidu Sharif) Invites E-Bids for Road Construction & Rehabilitation Works (EPADS)

The Communication & Works Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, C&W Division No-I Swat (Saidu Sharif) invites electronic bids from eligible firms/contractors under the EPADS (Single Stage Two Envelope E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) in accordance with KPPRA procurement rules (as amended up to 24-06-2025) for the following road construction/rehabilitation packages.

Key instructions: Bidders must submit E-bids on EPADS and comply with KPPRA Notification No. S.R.O.26(Vol):1-37/2024-25 dated 24-06-2025. Bid security in the form of CDR from a local bank (bank name, CDR number and date) must be uploaded electronically and the original Call Deposit/Call Deposit instrument for bid security should be enclosed in the Technical Proposal. Financial bids will be opened after approval of Technical Bids by competent authority. Qualification documents and tender documents can be obtained from the office during working hours. Original sealed documents (where required) must also be supplied as instructed on EPADS. Venue for bid opening: Office of the Executive Engineer, C&W Division No-I Swat.
