ANF Rawalpindi Tender: Pre-Qualification for Repair & Maintenance Services

Headquarters Anti Narcotics Force (ANF), Rawalpindi (Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control, Government of Pakistan) invites proposals for pre-qualification of firms/contractors for repair and maintenance services for multiple categories for its Headquarters.

Key instructions:

- Bidding documents and tender details are available on the PPRA e-Procurement & Disposal System (EPADS 2.0) and on the ANF website. Only firms/contractors registered on EPADS/PPRA are eligible to participate.

- Bidders must submit bids through the EPADS portal. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

Pre-qualification / documentation requirements (to be submitted):

- Registration certificates: FBR registration for GST and NTN.

- Proof of sound financial position (including latest one year bank statement).

- Details of previous experience (works/contracts) and equipment/machinery available.

- Certificate that the firm/company has no litigation cases.

- Firms are preferably authorized dealers of the relevant categories and should demonstrate capability to provide all types of repair and maintenance services required by the Headquarters.
