| Linux System Administrator | VP-I/VP • 01 | Minimum 10 years | Bachelor’s degree from HEC-recognized university | Design, implement and maintain multi-site, highly available Linux infrastructure (RHEL/Oracle Linux/CentOS) and VMware/KVM virtualization; installation, patching, upgrades, troubleshooting; security hardening, automation using Ansible. Red Hat/Oracle Linux certification preferred. |
| Oracle Database Administrator | VP-I/VP • 01 | Minimum 10 years | Bachelor’s degree from HEC-recognized university | Database administration, performance tuning, backup & recovery (RMAN, Data Guard, RAC, ASM, GoldenGate), upgrades, patching, security & vulnerability assessments, scripting (Shell/SQL/PL-SQL). Oracle DB security certification preferred. |
| IT Support Services Engineer – End User Support | OG-II • 01 | Minimum 3 years | Bachelor’s degree from HEC-recognized university | Level-1 ITSM support, application & OS installation/configuration (Windows/Linux), hardware setup, troubleshooting, on-site & remote end-user support, Active Directory/LDAP, printers, network devices and mobile device support. |
