Corrigendum: Tender Extension for Supplies & Services at Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology – Deadline 2026-07-21

Issuer: Medical Superintendent, Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology (Rawal Road), Rawalpindi.

Purpose: Corrigendum announcing extended submission and opening dates for multiple tender packages for FY 2026-27 for Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology (RIC) and NSCC Samli Murree.

How to obtain documents: Bidding documents (terms, conditions, quantities) are available free of cost on the following websites: https://www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk, https://www.ric.gop.pk and https://e.ppipunjab.gov.pk. The PPRA e-procurement page (eproc.punjab.gov.pk/viewtender.aspx) will determine response time from the date of advertisement publication.

Submission method and bid security: Single-stage two-envelope procedure will be followed. All bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab E-Procurement System according to the published schedule. Bidders must submit fresh CDR / Bank Guarantee equal to 2% of the estimated price as bid security (refundable) in the name of "Nawaz Sharif Cardiology Centre, Samli Murree." The original bid security must reach the office before the closing time and date of the tender. RIC Rawalpindi will not be responsible for any costs incurred by bidders in preparation, delivery, or electronic submission of bids.

Note: If the opening date is declared a public holiday, opening will be held on the next working day at the same time and venue.
