Issuer: Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (PIDCL) – Office of The General Manager (Engineering), PIDCL, Bahria Complex IV, 6th Floor, Block Gizri, Karachi. PIDCL invites electronic bids for multiple civil works packages (Sr. No. 25–35) comprising road metalling and rehabilitation, providing/laying cut paver & sewerage pipelines, uplifting of a park and provision/installation of street/solar lights in Gulbahar and North Nazimabad Towns, District Central, Karachi.
Key submission details:
- Tender documents available online at https://eprocure.gov.pk/ on payment of Rs. 5,000 (non-refundable) in shape of Pay Order / CDR (naming the Contractor’s Firm and in favor of Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited).
- Bids to be submitted electronically through the E-PADS 2.0 / PPRA. Hard copies of Bid Security (Pay Order / CDR / Bank Guarantee) and required documents must be delivered to PIDCL office before bid submission time as specified.
- Bid security in the form of Pay Order / CDR / Bank Guarantee in favor of Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited is mandatory. Scanned copy of bid security and tender fee shall be uploaded on E-PADS 2.0.
- Bids not accompanied by the required instruments shall be rejected. Successful bidders will be required to furnish Performance Security and sign the Contract Agreement.
