Position	Divisional Head, Islamic Banking Division
Qualifications	Minimum Bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognized university or foreign equivalence Basic understanding of Islamic banking modalities Professional qualification in Shariah Law/Certification in Islamic Banking is an advantage
Experience	Minimum 15 years' relevant experience in banking At least 5 years as Head/Deputy Head of Islamic Banking operations Experience in developing Islamic banking frameworks, strategy and implementation in large organizations (preferably public sector)
Key skills & expertise	Sound knowledge of Islamic banking operations, products and Shariah principles Understanding of Islamic economics, risk & compliance, and product development Experience in Shariah governance and internal control frameworks Leadership, stakeholder management, presentation and communication skills Proficiency with MS Office (Word/Excel) and portfolio management
Primary responsibilities	Lead overall Islamic finance planning, strategy development and implementation Monitor portfolio performance, regulatory/statutory compliance and SBP reporting Develop business plans, product strategies and risk-controls for Islamic banking Coordinate with Shariah Board, internal committees and external stakeholders Ensure maintenance of statutory reserves and liquidity requirements as prescribed by SBP Manage team performance, recruitment and trainings related to Shariah-compliant operations
Age Limit	Permanent: up to 42 years on closing date; Contractual: up to 57 years on closing date
