Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (PIDCL), Ministry of Housing & Works, Government of Pakistan invites e-bids through the Single Stage One Envelope procurement method on the e-PADS platform for multiple road, turf paver and sewerage pipeline works in various Union Councils of Karachi. Submission & Opening: All bids must be submitted online through the e-PADS platform. Submission deadline: 2020-07-30 at 10:30 AM. Bids will be opened on 2020-07-31 at 11:00 AM.
Eligibility & Pre-qualification: Contractors must meet the specified PEC category (C-5) and other requirements stated in the bidding documents available on the e-procurement portal. Bidders must provide the required bid security amounts shown against each package.
How to obtain documents & fee: Bidding documents are available online on the e-PADS/e-procurement portal. A non-refundable fee for downloading/participation and other instructions are provided on the portal and in the bid documents. Refer to PIDCL office for further clarifications.
