Directorate of Archives Balochistan – Multiple Temporary and Permanent Vacancies (Apply by 25 Aug 2026)

The Directorate of Archives, Government of Balochistan invites applications from male and female candidates domiciled in Balochistan for several purely temporary and a few permanent posts in Quetta. Vacancies include technical and archival support roles (e.g., technician, assistant archivist, laboratory assistant) and support staff (farash/sweeper, chowkidar/watchman). Required qualifications vary by post (examples in the notice include MSc in Computer Science, Chemistry or relevant social/library sciences, Matric (Science) for some support posts); two years' relevant experience is preferred for certain positions. Age requirement is 18–28 years with upper-age relaxation as per government policy.
