IDAP Pre-Qualification: General Contractors for Nawaz Sharif Medical District, Lahore

Issuer: Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP). Seeking pre-qualification of general contractors for the establishment of Nawaz Sharif Medical District, Lahore — Institute of Surgical, Orthopedic & Medical Rehabilitation.

Scope: To be performed consists of construction of buildings and infrastructure development and, for execution of these works, deployment of all necessary material, labor(s), formwork, tools & machinery.

How to apply: Interested applicants must register on the EPADS system to be eligible. The Pre-Qualification (PQ) document and PQ Notice with detailed requirements, terms and conditions are available on EPADS and the PPRA/authorized procurement portals. PQ proposals must be prepared following the instructions in the Pre-Qualification document and submitted through EPADS only.

Submission & opening: PQ proposals must be submitted on EPADS on or before 2026-07-14 no later than 03:00 PM. Proposals will be opened on the same day on EPADS at 03:30 PM. If the last date is a public holiday, the next working day will be considered for submission and opening. The response time is calculated from the date of publication of the advertisement on the Authority/PPRA website.
