A prestigious Bank with a growing network is seeking an experienced Regional Head for its Muzaffarabad and Mirpur regions (Head Office in Muzaffarabad, Azad Jammu & Kashmir). The incumbent will manage the region's entire business and operations portfolio, drive business development, ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements, and implement effective controls and strategies to grow advances and deposits.

| Primary Duties | Manage regional business portfolio; drive branch & channel strategies to achieve advances & deposits targets; prepare/analyze revenue & expense budgets; ensure MIS reporting & compliance; monitor asset quality and recoveries; coordinate with Head Office for approvals and controls; develop market strategies and commercial/retail banking growth plans |
