Tender: Hiring Internet Services for Khyber Medical College (Hostels) 2026–29

Khyber Medical College (KMC), Peshawar (MTI) invites e-bids via EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) from eligible bidders registered with FBR and registered on EPADS for hiring of internet services for KMC including hostels for the period 2026–29.

Key dates & submission: Pre-bid meeting: 2026-07-08 at 10:00 AM in the conference room, KMC. Last date for electronic submission (upload on EPADS): 2026-07-21 by 11:00 AM (PST). Original CDR/Bid Security must be submitted to the office of the Dean / Assistant Manager Procurement, Khyber Medical College, Peshawar by 2026-07-21 at 11:00 AM (PST). Electronic bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM (PST).

How to apply: Download bidding documents from EPADS (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk). Upload scanned bid documents and bid security on EPADS. Hand, post, courier, e-mail or fax submissions will not be accepted. Bids without scanned earnest money on EPADS or without receipt of original bid security by the closing time will be rejected.

Eligibility & conditions: Bidders must be registered with FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax and registered on EPADS. Registration with KPRA is mandatory where applicable. Income tax, stamp duty, professional tax and KPRA or other government taxes will be charged as per rules. Pay Order (PO) for bid security or bids received by unacceptable channels will be rejected. In case of public holiday on opening date, the next working day will be considered. Khyber Medical College reserves the right to cancel any or all e-bids under the relevant KP public procurement rules.
