Headquarters Anti Narcotics Force (ANF), Rawalpindi (Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control) invites pre-qualification proposals from eligible firms/contractors for repair and maintenance services for Financial Year 2026/27. Submission is through PPRA E-PAQS / EPADS v2.0 as described below.

How to apply & submission details:
Download bidding documents and submit proposals via PPRA E-PAQS / EPADS v2.0. Bids must be submitted on EPADSv2.0 by 2026-07-23, 11:00 hrs. Bids received after the cut-off will not be accepted. Bids will be opened the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
Eligibility & mandatory documents:

| Authorization | Preferably authorized dealer of mentioned categories with capability to provide full repair/maintenance services |
Notes & conditions: Firms providing unsubstantiated or incorrect information may face legal action and disqualification. An original affidavit/judicial stamp paper undertaking regarding non-blacklisting must be provided. The authority reserves the right to reject any or all applications as per PPRA Rules-2004.
