Tender Notice FY 2026-27 — Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology (Medicines, HMIS Contract & Office Repair)

Medical Superintendent, Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology (RIC), Rawal Road, Rawalpindi invites sealed bids under PPRA rules 2014 for the FY 2026-27. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and follow the single-stage, two-envelope procedure. Bid submission is electronic via EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System). A refundable bid security of 2% of the estimated price in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee in favour of Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology is required; the original bid security must be submitted to the institute before the tender closing time.
